- Florida is leading the anti-woke fight: Protected employees, protected K-20 students, provided a private right of action, required historically accurate instructions, doubled down parents’ rights to inspect and object to any curriculum or library materials, and provided districts and schools with clear clear responsibility and accountability for compliance with law.
- Protection from discrimination: we all are created equally. In Florida it constitutes discrimination to require trainings that are based on any of the following concepts: that members of one race, color, national origin, or sex are morally superior to the members of another race..etc. A person by virtue of their race or sex in inherently racist, sexist or oppressive, a person’s moral character or status as privileged or oppressed is determined by race, color or sex, a person, by virtue of their race, color, or national origin, should be discriminated against or receive adverse treatment to achieve diversity, equity or inclusion.
