Upon arrival, I was greeted by the sight of a newly renovated, self-contained studio room, separate yet adjacent to the main house. The room exuded bohemian charm, with its tasteful decor and large windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding forest.
The queen-sized bed, boasting a comfortable mattress, promised restful nights. The inclusion of a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, electric plug-in stove, and a bar fridge stocked with nibbles and refreshments, added a touch of homely convenience.

The private little deck, overlooking the pool, became my favorite spot for outdoor dining. The shared pool area, fringed by lush trees, offered a refreshing escape. The infinity edge of the magnesium mineral pool overlooked the dense greenery, providing a serene space to swim and relax.
Interaction with Nature
Poolhaus Retreat is backed into a koala sanctuary, which meant that my stay was accompanied by the delightful sights and sounds of wildlife. Birdsong filled the air,
And the occasional glimpse of a koala was a gentle reminder of the beauty of Australian wildlife. The property also features 35-year-old orange trees, and I had the pleasure of enjoying fresh oranges, season permitting.
