Phea added that China and Cambodia have closer military ties because China is eager to assist the Kingdom with its defense needs and that Cambodia has never reportedly turned down military assistance from any nation.
In addition to the ASEAN nations, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand are among the nations in the region with which Cambodia has expanded its military ties.
