Myanmar police fire on protesters, killing at least 18


Foreign:​ Police opened fire on protesters in Myanmar, which killed at least 18 people in the days when there was a coup against the worst, according to the UN human rights office. According to a BBC report on the night of February 28, 2021, deaths were reported in several cities, including Yangon, Davy and Mandalay, as police shot ammunition and gas. Security forces launched a violent crackdown on Saturday after weeks of non-violent demonstrations against the military takeover on February 1. After Government leaders, including Aung San Suu Kyi, were overthrown and detained.

It is should remembered that the protesters has never succeeded in their demonstration against the Junta. All times , the protesters were cracked down brutally and left the country in the isolation from international community under the military rule. For this time, all most all people are awakened and struggling together to demonstrate for their right and democracy. However, it seems that it is going to fail again.
