Professor Masanori Fukushima and his group of Japanese researchers announced during a news conference that they want to sue the Japanese government if the Health Ministry continues to deny the existence of a connection between the vaccine and deaths.
According to Prof. Fukushima, “the pathology and forensics associations have already made a declaration that going forward, an autopsy should be performed on those who have died following immunization.”
“In the future, we urgently need to set regulations for the type of medical care that should be given to victims damaged by vaccines, and we need to develop diagnostic methods.”
Fukushima claims that the Japanese Health Ministry refuses to admit a connection between the vaccine and the fatalities.
The Japanese experts warned the government that more lawsuits would be brought against it for concealing the risks associated with the COVID vaccine.
“One more thing, pathological autopsies of those who passed away after taking the vaccine have previously been carried out. The Health Ministry is still adamant that there is no connection between the vaccine and the fatalities.
In conjunction with our attorneys, we intend to bring additional lawsuits if the health ministry maintains this wrong stance, said Fukushima
“We demand the Health Ministry provides appropriate victim compensation based on the vaccination law.
In other words, the victim is compensated based on the vaccination law that is properly stipulated by Japanese law,” he continued.
When a reporter questioned him about what advice he would give doctors who administer vaccines to patients, he answered:
I want to say one thing very clear to the Health Ministry in addition to the medical professionals. They should distribute a Vaccination Victim’s Handbook to everyone who has been vaccinated.
The Vaccination Victim’s Handbook is similar to the Atomic Bomb Victim’s Handbook, which is distributed to survivors of atomic bombs. After distributing the vaccination victims handbook to vaccinated people, medical institutions should be encouraged to follow up with vaccinated people properly.
It is necessary to examine whether there is a link between the disease and the vaccine. Biopsy tests should be performed on sick people suspected of a vaccine-induced illness.
“Vaccines are four times more likely to be infected than non-vaccinated people,” continued Prof. Fukushima. Additionally, it was discovered that vaccination rates were more significant in all age groups.
