The Outdoor Deck
This huge main outdoor deck is located right in front of the home. So let’s walk on down this path in that direction and up this staircase to begin the tour. And here she is, what a beauty. We’re gonna start closest to the home where you had your dining table. There are six chairs around it, and if you look up, this roof just feels like it’s towering above you.
The Hot Tub
The hot tub. It has a cover over it And if you look this way, it’s directly facing the lake and also the sunset, so this is a great place to end your day at. On the other side of the property, there is a playground.
The Living room
There are 460 square feet of interior space total, and this is the main area comprised of your living room, the kitchen that you’re seeing right now, and there’s also a dining space with four chairs. And you may have noticed a ladder.
The kitchen
In the kitchen when we begin in this corner closest to the sliding doors, you can eat all of your meals at this corner, but for now, I’m going to pull out a chair and sit down, and in the kitchen, you have very thing you need to cook in here.
The loft of the tiny house
The loft. So we’ll climb on up and there are two-floor mattresses up here. I wanna stress, this is meant for kids because the owners have two sons. You can also pull this across for some extra safety so that no one slips and falls down accidentally.
The bathroom of the tiny house
The bathroom. It’s a very modern bathroom and I really like the shape of that mirror. That definitely feels like a first. There’s also this slick black tiling that goes all throughout the shower.
The Bedroom of the tiny house
This cabin is your master bedroom. You’ll notice it is right next to the hot tub through those sliding glass doors, so really convenient to go in and out and back into your bedroom.
