China has made the startling admission that they are the owners of the “spy balloon” that is now over the United States. Despite claiming ownership of the balloon on Friday, the People’s Republic of China asserted that it was not intended to fly across American airspace, according to a report by Fox News.
The airship is Chinese. A spokeswoman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry confirmed on Friday that the aircraft is a civilian airship used for research, mostly meteorological research.
The airship significantly veered off its intended trajectory due to the Westerlies and its limited ability to guide itself.
“The Chinese side regrets that the airship accidentally entered US airspace as a result of force majeure. The spokesperson stated that the Chinese side will keep in touch with the US side and appropriately handle this unexpected circumstance brought on by force majeure.
Republican representative from California and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has requested an intelligence briefing on the subject.
President Biden couldn’t remain silent in the face of China’s flagrant disdain for American sovereignty, he said on Twitter. “I need a briefing from the Gang of Eight,”
China’s brazen disregard for U.S. sovereignty is a destabilizing action that must be addressed, and President Biden cannot be silent.

On Thursday, Brig. Gen. Pat Ryder, the Pentagon’s press secretary, made the balloon’s discovery official.
“A high altitude surveillance balloon that is now over the continental United States has been found and is being tracked by the United States Government. NORAD and the U.S. government are still actively tracking and observing it. The balloon does not pose a military or physical threat to persons on the ground as it is currently flying at a height much above commercial air traffic. Over the past few years, instances of this kind of balloon activity have been seen before.
The American government took swift action to prevent collecting sensitive data as soon as the balloon was discovered, he said.
Republicans from other parties offered their opinions of the circumstance.
“Biden needs to promptly shoot the Chinese surveillance balloon down. President Trump would have never tolerated this. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green of Georgia stated that President Trump “would have never tolerated many things occurring to America.”
Biden should shoot down the Chinese spy balloon immediately.

President Trump would have never tolerated this.
President Trump would have never tolerated many things happening to America.
“Under Biden, the Pentagon monitors a Chinese spy balloon over the US for days without shooting it down. abandons Americans as well as $85 billion worth of US weapons & equipment in Afghanistan. won’t protect our border; more than 5 million people enter. The Biden administration is powerless, she claimed.
We shouldn’t have a Chinese spy balloon flying above the United States of America, I’m going to declare out loud despite the fact that I was just named to the Senate Armed Services Committee yesterday. Take it down,” said Senator Eric Schmitt.
I know I was just named to the Senate Armed Services Committee yesterday but I’m going to go out on a limb and say we shouldn’t have a Chinese spy balloon floating over the United States of America.

Take it down.
The only thing to infer is that the CCP must have significant influence over the Biden family for this government to remain silent in the face of all CCP provocations. Canceled the China project, was lax on intellectual property theft, ignored COVID-19’s roots, and now this, according to Fox News commentator Maria Bartiromo.
The Biden Administration permits a foreign communist adversary (China) to launch a surveillance balloon over our nation and spy on American individuals. Robby Starbuck, a former Republican candidate, remarked that in a rational society, “everyone involved would be impeached and/or fired, and the balloon would be shot down.”
Secretary Blinken should cancel his trip to China.

And President Biden must answer why he has not secured U.S. airspace.https://t.co/PqwFLCpVhN
“It was a mistake to not shoot down that Chinese spy balloon when it was over a sparsely populated area This is not some hot air balloon, it has a large payload of sensors roughly the size of two city buses & the ability to maneuver independently,” Sen. Marco Rubio said.

According to Stephen Miller, a former advisor to former President Donald Trump, “a Chinese spy balloon casually invading our air space for all to see, conducting day after day of espionage in broad daylight undisturbed, is a stark visual demonstration of Joe Biden’s crippling weakness and our excruciating national humiliation.”
